The matrescence journey is a powerful and lifechanging experience and deserves to be recognized and supported as such. Through my offerings, I will walk alongside you and help guide you back into coherence with your innate wisdom.
You are your baby’s advocate. You are exactly whom your baby needs. You are their safe space.
Mothering Connection Call
1:1 support that looks at the mutually inclusive dyad that is you and your baby because that is what we are with our babies. I walk alongside you (the mother) to help you come back into your body, in connection with your intuition, in relationship with your baby, and into your inherent power.
What you can look forward to:
A 60 minute 1:1 video call;
Summary email of our time together, any recommendations, as well as steps going forward;
Initial body based sleep evaluation, a multi-pronged approach:
Biological - sleep pressure, circadian rhythm, feeding, sensory needs, and regulation
Energetic - nervous system state of you and your baby together
Relational - co-regulation through presence, connection, and safety
Spiritual - baby's embodied experience as a soul in physical form
A welcoming and relaxed environment, please come as you are, babies and kiddos included.

A 30 minute budgeting/money planning support call.
